Cancellation Policy
All clients are required to give a minimum of 48 hour notice if they need to cancel or change their appointment. This includes, but not limited to, changing the scheduled service to a new service or a less than service. Appointments canceled or changed within the 48 hour time frame will not be charged a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled or changed within the 24 hour time frame will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. Appointments canceled or changed with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments that are no showed will be charged a 60% cancellation fee and only allowed once. All cancellation fees must be paid before rescheduling.
